Cloth Heaven Returns Policy

  • If any defect is found (damaged/defective/wrong product) after opening the box, inform ClothHeaven “Customer Relationship management Dept” (through Mail, Facebook inbox or Hotline:  +8801880162323) as soon as possible along with a picture or video proof. 
  • Return process must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the parcel. 
  •  Product quality needs to be in original condition. Products must not be used, worn, altered or washed. 
  • Box, Product hand tags, polybags and original invoice must be returned along with the products. 
  • Exchange delivery cost may be applicable. 
  • Promotional offers are not applicable for returned products.
